You can cancel whenever you need to. A cancellation fee equal to the fee for a session may in some circumstances be chargeable.

Sessions can be changed, or cancelled, with a minimum of 48 hours notice without incurring a cancellation fee.

You will need access to the internet, with an up to date browser. I will send you a link for your session. You will not need any specialist software.
